Usage limits

Each plan has limits on:

  • Drafts per month — how many emails you can generate
  • Leads — total leads in your account
  • LLM tokens — AI processing capacity
  • Team members — users in your organization

Check your current usage in SettingsBilling.


Upgrading

Go to SettingsBilling to:

  • See your current plan
  • View usage vs limits
  • Upgrade to a higher tier

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're billed prorated for the remainder of your billing period.


Downgrading

When you downgrade:

  • New limits apply at next billing cycle
  • Data is preserved (but you may hit limits)
  • Features may become unavailable
