Usage limits
Each plan has limits on:
- Drafts per month — how many emails you can generate
- Leads — total leads in your account
- LLM tokens — AI processing capacity
- Team members — users in your organization
Check your current usage in Settings → Billing.
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing to:
- See your current plan
- View usage vs limits
- Upgrade to a higher tier
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're billed prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrading
When you downgrade:
- New limits apply at next billing cycle
- Data is preserved (but you may hit limits)
- Features may become unavailable
