How to configure your writing style
The biggest complaint about AI emails: "They all sound the same." Writing Style fixes this.
Where to find it
Go to Settings and scroll to the Writing Style section.
How it works
- The system analyzes your successful emails (ones you marked with the trophy icon)
- It extracts patterns: sentence length, vocabulary, tone, structure
- Future drafts automatically match your style
What the AI learns
| Pattern | Example |

| Sentence length | You write short sentences (avg 10 words) |
| Vocabulary | You say "hey" not "dear", "check out" not "please review" |
| Opening style | You start with a question, not a statement |
| Closing style | You use soft close ("thoughts?") not hard CTA ("book now") |
| Personality | You use analogies and occasional humor |
Getting started
- Send some emails — Start with the AI's default style
- Mark successes — When an email gets a good response, click the trophy icon
- Build your profile — After 5-10 marked successes, your style profile emerges
- Review in Settings — See the extracted patterns in the Writing Style section
Tips
- Mark more successes — More data = better style matching
- Be consistent — If you sometimes write formally and sometimes casually, the AI gets confused
- Review drafts — The style adapts as you edit and approve drafts
