How lead scoring works
Every lead gets a score from 0-100. Higher = more likely to convert. Use it to prioritize.
Score components
| Component | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Engagement | Opens, clicks, replies |
| Pain urgency | Pain card signals |
| Fit | Match with your ideal customer |
| Recency | Recent activity scores higher |
How scores update
Scores recalculate when:
- An engagement event occurs
- You add or update pain cards
- Time passes (recency decays)
Using scores
| Score | Priority | Action |
|---|---|---|
| 80-100 | Hot | Contact immediately |
| 60-79 | Warm | Prioritize this week |
| 40-59 | Neutral | Standard follow-up |
| 20-39 | Cool | Nurture over time |
| 0-19 | Cold | Consider removing |
Leads are sorted by score by default, so the best prospects appear first.
