How lead scoring works

Every lead gets a score from 0-100. Higher = more likely to convert. Use it to prioritize.

Score components

ComponentWhat it measures
EngagementOpens, clicks, replies
Pain urgencyPain card signals
FitMatch with your ideal customer
RecencyRecent activity scores higher

How scores update

Scores recalculate when:

  • An engagement event occurs
  • You add or update pain cards
  • Time passes (recency decays)

Using scores

ScorePriorityAction
80-100HotContact immediately
60-79WarmPrioritize this week
40-59NeutralStandard follow-up
20-39CoolNurture over time
0-19ColdConsider removing

Leads are sorted by score by default, so the best prospects appear first.

Improving scores

To help leads score higher:

  • Add detailed notes (context helps)
  • Create pain cards for their problems
  • Upload relevant Knowledge Base docs
  • Respond quickly to engagement
