How to upload documents to the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is the single biggest lever for email quality. The AI reads your uploaded docs and uses relevant sections when writing each email.

- Product documentation — features, benefits, how it works
- Case studies — real results with real numbers
- Competitor comparisons — why you're better
- FAQ — common questions and objections
- Blog posts — thought leadership, insights
- Pricing information — if relevant for outreach

How the AI uses it
When generating a draft, the AI:
- Looks at the lead's company, industry, and notes
- Searches your Knowledge Base for relevant sections
- Pulls in the most relevant content as context
- Uses that context to write specific, accurate claims
Example: Lead works in fintech. You uploaded a fintech case study. The AI writes: "We helped [Similar Company] reduce transaction processing time by 40%..."
Battle Cards
The Knowledge Base also has a Battle Cards tab for competitive intelligence. Here you can:
- Analyze competitors from your uploaded documents
- Generate battle cards with positioning advice
- See key differentiators and talking points
Select a product and click Analyze Competitors or Generate Battle Cards.
Tips
- More is better — upload everything, the AI only pulls what's relevant
- Update regularly — when you ship features, add the docs
- Use descriptive titles — "Fintech Case Study - Acme Corp" beats "doc_final_v3.pdf"
- Tag appropriately — helps with organization and retrieval
